Yes, pets are welcome at Hill House Belgrade! We just ask that you keep them off the furniture, clean up after them, and make sure they don't disturb the neighbors. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
The salt water pool with massage jets is used at your own risk. Children may not be in or around the pool without the constant presence of an adult. Jumping into the pool, as well as glass cups and bottles in the pool area, are not allowed.
Our property is entirely smoke-free - outdoor areas are designated for smoking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and parties, loud music, and live music are not allowed, in order to preserve the peace and comfort of all guests.
Hill House Belgrade has two bedrooms and 4 beds, plus a large sofa bed in the living room. The villa features a private salt water pool, a gazebo with a barbecue, a mini gym, a Sony PlayStation, a fully equipped kitchen, and video-monitored parking for up to 10 cars.
